Chapter One：Purpose of the Constitution

Strengthen the exchange and development of Vovinam technology in Asian countries, and strengthen the basic technical level of Vovinam.

As the current world federation announced the competition project is too difficult, resulting in many new Vovinam countries can not successfully participate. The purpose of the establishment is to combine the various countries with Vovinam exchange competition. With Own country to hold the biennial "East Asian Vovinam Championship ".

Chapter Two：Members

The East Asian OCA Representative Committee is the primary member.

Chapter third East Asian Vovinam Championships

In principle, it is held every two years, but it can be adjusted according to the situation of the World Championships, Asian Championships and the host country.

Chapter Four Source of Funding

Sponsorship, competition registration fees, performance fees, publishing and printing, clothing fees, and logo certification and licensing fees.

chapter Five Language

Chinese, English, and Japanese are the official languages, while teaching, judging, and competitions are conducted in Vietnamese.
